These pullovers are unisex sized, so please be sure to size a full size down if ordering for a more "fitted" fit. If you're like me, and you prefer to wear with skinnys or jeggings - you'll probably want to go ahead with the size you typically wear in a unisex adults sweatshirt or t shirt.

As stated in our listings, monogram letters must appear in the order they will appear on your item.
However, if we make a mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days. We'll happily replace any mishap on our behalf. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility in any case a full refund is issued.
When ordering, please be sure to read the item's ordering instructions and see all size charts before placing your order.
All of our items are custom made, and personalization information has to be given in the note to seller box at checkout.

Bulk order and group orders are always welcome! To order multiple colors and sizes of an item, please use the drop down menus to add the quantity per size/color/style etc. to cart. Then, in the note to seller box at checkout, you can list the personalization specifics for each item.
We always combine shipping on orders of multiple items, and a group discount coupon code as well upon messaging to request the code.
Please message with your request for the coupon code, and we'll happily share it with you for your bridesmaid, team, or group order with us!
We cannot accept order cancellations once payment has been made. Please read our listings’ description thoroughly and check with us prior to ordering to inquire about production time if you have a specific need by date. If you need an item faster than our normal turnaround time of 2/3 weeks, you must contact us prior to ordering to confirm we can meet your deadline.
When you place an order with us, please make sure to read the listing and include all necessary custom information in the "notes to seller" section at checkout, and answer any emails or messages we send via Etsy. Your prompt attention for missing details keeps the order moving on time through our production process. Missing information and/or details will delay your order.
We only accept rush orders that are requested and approved prior to placing an order with us. Please message us with your need by date prior to placing your order for confirmation from us that we will be able to accommodate your rush request. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is received, and during peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Wedding, and Back to School, this timeframe is closer to the full 3 week mark.

The product was fine, however there were issues ordering from this shop. First, the product took awhile to be delivered and then it was delivered with the wrong monogram. I contacted the shop owner and they requested that I return the item to their shop and they would refund me the shipping. I was never refunded for shipping, even though I included a receipt. The week of the bridal shower (6 weeks after item was ordered), the shop was still awaiting for the delivery of the sweatshirt in order to monogram. I told them that if I did not receive before a certain date, I didn't want it and would appreciate a refund since it was a gift. They told me that they were unable to issue a refund since they already ordered the shirt, even though it wasn't monogrammed at the time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
