{How we Monogram our Aprons}
We use only professional quality, permanent heat transfer vinyl and commercial grade cutting and heat press equipment to decorate all our garments and accessories.

Your monogram will be cut in the glitter, matte, or metallic heat transfer vinyl of your choice, and permanently heat pressed onto your garment.

{How To Order}
First, see all listing photos for examples, apron colors, monogram fonts, and monogram colors.

Next, add the quantity you wish to purchase, the apron color, and monogram font to cart.

Finally, to send in your personalization information, you'll need to leave a note to seller before completing the checkout process which will contain the following information. Please be sure to enter it as the example shows below.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of all items being handmade and/or personalized, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances unless a mistake is made on our behalf.
Items can not be replaced due to incorrect sizing choices, inaccurate monogram information, or misspelled personalization provided to us in the note to seller box at checkout.
As stated in our listings, monogram letters must appear in the order they will appear on your item.
However, if we make a mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days. We'll happily replace any mishap on our behalf. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility in any case a full refund is issued.

Custom and personalized orders

When ordering, please be sure to read the item's ordering instructions and see all size charts before placing your order.
All of our items are custom made, and personalization information has to be given in the note to seller box at checkout.
Please leave this information exactly as you'd like for it to appear on your item(s). Failure to include accurate personalization info will result in delay of your order being processed.
Be sure to pay special attention to monogram order, spelling, and all details requested from that item's listing for us to complete your order.
We cannot replace items free of charge due to inaccurate information provided to us in the note to seller box on your order, or a wrong size selected.

Bulk order and group orders are our specialty!
To order multiple items, please add the quantity per color/size you need and then to cart.

Then, in the note to seller box at checkout, you can list the personalization specifics for each item.

We always combine shipping on orders of multiple items, and offer discounts on large orders.

Cancellations

We cannot accept order cancellations once your order has been placed as we begin processing your order immediately after it’s been placed.

Rush Order Requests

We’re happy to accommodate rush orders whenever we can!
However, we can ONLY accept rush orders that are requested and approved before you place an order with us.
Please message us with your need by date prior ordering to make sure we can accommodate your rush request.
Our posted turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is received plus the shipping method of your choice.
During busy seasons, (Christmas, Easter, Wedding, and Back to School) this timeframe is right at the 3 week mark.

Orders placed after this date may still reach you in time to make it under the tree. We just can’t promise it due to extremely high order volume during the holiday season.
