Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of all items being handmade and/or personalized, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances unless a mistake is made on our behalf.
Items can not be replaced due to incorrect sizing choices, inaccurate monogram information, or misspelled personalization provided to us in the note to seller box at checkout.
As stated in our listings, monogram letters must appear in the order they will appear on your item.
However, if we make a mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days. We'll happily replace any mishap on our behalf. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility in any case a full refund is issued.
Custom and personalized orders
When ordering, please be sure to read the item's ordering instructions and see all size charts before placing your order.
All of our items are custom made just for you, and personalization information has to be given in the note to seller box at checkout.
Please leave this information exactly as you'd like for it to appear on your item(s). Failure to include accurate personalization info will result in delay of your order being processed.
Be sure to pay special attention to monogram order, spelling, and all details requested from that item's listing for us to complete your order.
We cannot replace items free of charge due to inaccurate information provided to us in the note to seller box on your order, or a wrong size selected.
Group Order Discounts and How to Order
Bulk order and group orders are always welcome! To order multiple colors and sizes of an item, please use the drop down menus to add the quantity per size/color/style etc. to cart. Then, in the note to seller box at checkout, you can list the personalization specifics for each item.
We always combine shipping on orders of multiple items, and a group discount coupon code as well upon messaging to request the code.
Please message with your request for the coupon code, and we'll happily share it with you for your bridesmaid, team, or group order with us!
We cannot accept order cancellations once payment has been made. Please read our listings’ description thoroughly and check with us prior to ordering to inquire about production time if you have a specific need by date. If you need an item faster than our normal turnaround time of 2/3 weeks, you must contact us prior to ordering to confirm we can meet your deadline.
When you place an order with us, please make sure to read the listing and include all necessary custom information in the "notes to seller" section at checkout, and answer any emails or messages we send via Etsy. Your prompt attention for missing details keeps the order moving on time through our production process. Missing information and/or details will delay your order.
Rush Order Requests
We only accept rush orders that are requested and approved prior to placing an order with us. Please message us with your need by date prior to placing your order for confirmation from us that we will be able to accommodate your rush request. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is received, and during peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Wedding, and Back to School, this timeframe is closer to the full 3 week mark.
