Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of all items being handmade and/or personalized, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances unless a mistake is made on our behalf.
Items can not be replaced due to incorrect sizing choices, inaccurate monogram information, or misspelled personalization provided to us in the note to seller box at checkout.
As stated in our listings, monogram letters must appear in the order they will appear on your item.
However, if we make a mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and ship back the unwanted item within 7 days. We'll happily replace any mishap on our behalf. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility in any case a full refund is issued.

Custom and personalized orders

When ordering, please be sure to read the item's ordering instructions and see all size charts before placing your order.
All of our items are custom made, and personalization information has to be given in the note to seller box at checkout.
Please leave this information exactly as you'd like for it to appear on your item(s). Failure to include accurate personalization info will result in delay of your order being processed.
Be sure to pay special attention to monogram order, spelling, and all details requested from that item's listing for us to complete your order.
We cannot replace items free of charge due to inaccurate information provided to us in the note to seller box on your order, or a wrong size selected.

We always combine shipping on orders of multiple items, and offer discounts on large orders.

We cannot accept order cancellations once your order has been placed as we begin processing your order immediately after it’s been placed.

Rush Order Requests

We’re happy to accommodate rush orders whenever we can!
However, we can ONLY accept rush orders that are requested and approved before you place an order with us.
Please message us with your need by date prior ordering to make sure we can accommodate your rush request.
Our posted turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date your order is received plus the shipping method of your choice.
During busy seasons, (Christmas, Easter, Wedding, and Back to School) this timeframe is right at the 3 week mark.

Christmas Order Time Frame 2018

Orders placed after this date may still reach you in time to make it under the tree. We just can’t promise it due to extremely high order volume during the holiday season.

Got my bag in a timely manor, but when it arrived it had a miss print. Messaged the seller and she said she would send me a replacement bag. This was about 3 weeks ago and i have tried to get in contact with the seller to see if my bag was sent out yet and they haven’t gotten back to me.

The bags are nice but shipping took forever. I ordered these bags as teacher gifts with lots of room to spare on shipping since their timeline says 2-3 weeks. I emailed them just before 3 weeks was up to inquire about shipping and they never responded. The bags miraculously shipped at exactly 3 weeks after I ordered them. I paid extra for priority shipping, but they still took a while to get here due to our overseas military address. We missed the end of the year. Nothing directly bad about the process since they did technically ship them at the 3-week mark, I guess I’m just frustrated that it took so long considering it shouldn’t be a super busy time for orders.
